Things worth knowing & Price information for our ROOMS:

• Kids Prices: To be taken into account when kids stay in the same room as their parents (two full paying adults): Kids under 3 years: free, 3 – 11,9 years: – 50 %; 12 to 14,9 years – 25 %
  
• Extra person above the age of 16 years (in a double room with two full-paying guests): – 20 %
• Double rooms can also be used as 3 or 4 bed rooms.
• Double room for single use, surcharge: € 15 per day
• Credit cards: We accept EC bank cards as well as visa and mastercard.
• Reduction for breakfast only: If you don’t want half board, the room rate is reduced by 10 Euros
• We offer discounts for groups and associations (on request only).
• Pets are allowed (on request only) – a fee of 12 Euro per day (not including food) will be charged. You are not allowed to have your pet in the dining room/conservatory during meal times.
• Short stay fee (up to 3 days): € 10 per person and day.
• Check-in / Check-out: The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.
• If you arrive late, leave early or cancel your booking you will be charged according to the Austrian Regulations.
